31 Days of Helping Other Bloggers: Clickable Button

Last week to kick off this series I gave away free buttons. But what exactly do you do with said buttons? Bloggers have buttons on their sidebar for readers to grab and post on their own blogs. It's all about spreading the love. But for real, how do they get so technically savvy and display the image along with the code for others to use?!?

A Nest Full of Squishers

Let me tell you a secret. It's super easy!!! All you need is a code generator.

Let's back up for just a second. First you will need to upload your image to a host site like Google's Picasa or Photobucket. Once you have the URL for your button image head over here. You will enter the title and URL of your site plus the URL from your image. Second scroll down the page and you will see a preview button to click. Third if you like what you see copy the code and post it in a HTML widget on your sidebar. Easy peasy lemon squeezy!

Have you created a button with grabable code? I would love to see it on your site!

I'm linking up with the Nester for her 31 Days series.
