Games

Everyone has their own games they like to play. My sister and I have been playing a game the past few days on my fridge. Usually the fridge has some version of "I love Little Bo Peep." Yesterday I changed it to say "I love rock and roll," when I came home she had changed it back! This morning I wrote this:

I came home to this:

Rick this is for you:

Little Bo Peep has her own games she plays with us. Today her game is raspberries. She hasn't played this in a while, it is as if she forgot and this morning woke up and remembered, "Oh yeah I loved playing this."

Isn't it funny how we forget the games we play. My brother and I had all kinds of games. I remember we used to play boat, house (when my mom would play with us she was always Matilda the maid), Super Market Sweep (lame game show we loved to watch), photographer. I hope I never forget one of my favorite games, restaurant. My family would go shopping and some times my mom would run into the store and Joshua and I would stay in the van with my dad and we would play restaurant. If you have ever watched Sesame Street you know they have short skits like Saturday Night Live. And if you know me, you know Grover is my favorite SS character. My favorite skit with Grover is the one when he is the waiter and the bald blue man comes in and always has a problem with his order and Grover is always running back into the kitchen yelling, "Charlie..." My brother and I would be the waiters in the "restaurant" and any piece of paper we could find in the van was our menu and my dad was the blue guy and would always have a problem with his order. For whatever reason Joshua and I decided that the kitchen was on the van roof and we would roll the window down and yell up to the roof, "Charlie..."

I look forward to having more games with Little Bo Peep and I hope everyone can remember fun games in the midst of craziness.
