Bits and Pieces

Sunday Craig's message was "Click, Send." He talked about how there are moments in your life when you hesitate to follow through with something because it will change everything that is going on in your life right now. Sometimes those moments are e-mails. You have something you need to tell someone so you send an e-mail but you hesitate because once you "click send" it is done and there is no going back. This has been stuck in my head all week. There have been a few things going on in my life that I just need to "click send."
I needed to talk to a friend who moved away and I miss terribly. I received an e-mail back this evening and was overjoyed at her response. God is working on this friendship and I'm so glad I "clicked send."
Early last year I was invited to a Stampin' Up® party. Stampin' Up® is a rubber stamp company. I fell in love with the company that night. I hosted a party in my home and a few months later my Demonstrator asked me if I would like to sign up to be a demonstrator. I admit I had thought about ia lotot before she asked me but I decided it was not right for me at the time. That was a year ago. I have been thinking about becoming a demonstrator again the past few weeks and have decided to "click send." Next week I am signing up to become a Stampin' Up® demonstrator. I am so excited and nervous all at the same time. I guess this has been coming for a long time and not it will start!
Last week I had some friends over to have a card swap. We had so much fun. People are always telling me I am creative and I should do "this" or "that" with all this creativity. I showed everyone the card I made for Brad for our anniversary. When Liz saw it she replied, "Andi, you have a real calling here!" Well here is my first step in using my creativity: Stack and Stamp.

Here are some pictures I took a few days ago for all you Little Bo Peep addicts!

  1. Ugh, I have been feeling this way all week. Heck, for longer than a week. There are some things that need to be done in my life, some good, some bad. I just don't know where to start. Life is so confusing.

  2. Andi, I think that card making party sounds like a good idea. I have to check the dates. Do you have to make cards just like the samples or would I get to have creative license? -Marie (Mtv)

  6. You should post your comment about the "click send" moment on the Paradox blog! It's nice to see you had something wonderful come from your moment of clicking that send button!

And I'm so excited for you taking the plunge & becoming a consultant! You'll do great... your creativity will be such a bonus for you and your customers! I won't be able to do the July event (vacation), but what's the August dates?!? I wanna be there!!! - Ruth
